About me
My name is John Matthew Peña, 17 years old, and I love the journey of life. I'm not the type of person to be outgoing because I was exposed to a new culture and in a new place at such a young age. But with the help of my friends and family, they helped me open my eyes to see the bigger picture around me.
I have a lot of hobbies and passions that I like to do when I have time. But when I found out about the game of basketball, it changed my life. It helped me step outside my comfort zone and taught me how to be more confident in myself. One of the people who I look up to is Kobe Bryant, he inspired me to push myself to become better not only in basketball but as a person as well. Ever since day one, my love for the game has never gone.
I love to spend time with my family and friends, even if it's a short moment. I love to hear their stories about life and bond with them.
